MLM is nothing but the task of selling the goods or services through the distributors.  You'll receive a commission for your sales and for those of the people you recruited to become a distributor.  Only thing to do is to sign up as a distributor. Some MLM plans are allowed by laws or rules. Others are illegal pyramid schemes. Commissions are based on the number of distributors employed, for pyramid schemes. In general most of the product sales are made to these distributors - not to consumers. The basis of goods and services, which differ from vitamins to car leases, serve only to make the schemes look legal.
